Salary: £50,000-£55,000 basic, plus 10% bonus paid quarterly and benefits.
Location: London office 2 days per week; home-based the rest of the week.

Our client is a high-growth B2B SaaS business who is looking for someone to own digital marketing with a focus on demand generation.
With 2 core products, they’re transforming how a wide variety of companies go about their day-to-day work, moving them from time-consuming and inefficient manual tasks to helping them save hours to be spent in other areas.
This role reports to a marketing director, with a content marketer to be hired in Q2.
The role
This is a newly created role to help the business plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive demand and leads for the sales team.
* Paid Ads: own the strategy and collaborate with an external digital marketing agency on the delivery of PPC and LinkedIn paid ad campaigns.
* Organic LinkedIn: increase brand awareness through organic LinkedIn content
* Email Marketing: use Hubspot to plan and execute email campaigns (lists, A/B testing, email copy, nurture sequences)
* Hubspot: take ownership for Hubspot to ensure the data going in is accurate, there’s a consistent approach to leads and nurturing, and that everything is tracked and reported on.
* Content: support on the creation of content to use in campaigns
* Budget Management and Analysis: manage the budget and report on ROI. Look at analytics data and report on the performance of campaigns
What you will need to succeed in this role
* Minimum of 3 years in a B2B tech marketing role with an emphasis on digital marketing and demand generation
* Experience in PPC or paid LinkedIn campaigns
* Must have used Hubspot (or similar platform)
* Good copywriting skills
* Self-starter, keen to learn, and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
