Calendar updates & management – Booking in sales meetings into relevant calendars. Dealing with inbound calls, keeping on top of customer support queries. Answering phone calls in a professional manner and passing them on to the relevant colleagues. Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to general email and post enquiries. Supporting the diary management of colleagues, including liaising on venue, time and date of meetings and then booking in the individual’s already busy calendar. You may also need to prepare relevant paperwork for said meetings. Supporting the administrative tasks of others as and when needed. As a busy team, you will be supporting colleagues when they need additional capacity. Supporting the writing up of minutes (a record of what was said at a meeting). Keeping shared Inboxes’ organised
