Days Only (Mon-Fri)
Initially while training is being completed (first 2 weeks) it will be office based.
Following that it will be a Wednesday and Thursday in the office and 3 days working at home.

Performance Objectives
To assist the technology team with Admin functions including;
Manage the Purchase Order & Operational Instruction log; to also include raising OI's and PO's for planned maintenance tasks and ad hoc works including fault response.
Prepare documentation for technology meetings;
Distribute information relating to Tunnel Closures, Closure Planning and Co-Ordination of Works to stakeholders.
Providing meeting secretariat services for a range of technical and managerial meetings including arranging meetings, inviting representatives, booking venues and minute taking to a high level of proficiency.
Update & distribution of department Risk registers
Co-ordination of the Technology Team supervision of planned maintenance tasks and asset inspections
To co-operate and liaise with staff from the Agency, other Departments of the Council, and Partner Authorities in order to promote the effective management of the Agency.
To attend meetings and develop good working relationships with service provider relationships (PA's/Term Service Contractor/Framework Contractor);
To communicate effectively and courteously with elected members, the public, members and officers of the Assembly and other external organisations and bodies.
To attend meetings with NMWTRA operational staff regarding Control room and traffic officer technology requirement;
To attend other meetings according to the Technology unit requirements
To undertake any other reasonable duties allocated from time to time by senior management.
Run & update log of departments Faults & observations.
Management of Trunk Road Agency Service Providers involved in the delivery of works associated with the A55 Tunnels.
Minute taking, and setting up meetings where required.
Filing in accordance of Welsh Government guidelines.
Update of department risk registers
To keep record of department finances and chase invoices where requiredPerson Specification

Experience of administrative office work.

Familiar with Word, Excel, Access software.
Computer Skills of the highest quality in word processing, spreadsheets, systems
The ability to prioritise work
Good interpersonal skills
5 GCSE or equivalentDesirable
NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject
Experience of Tunnels or Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure facilities.
Knowledge of office Health and Safety
Experience of working in an electrical and mechanical maintenance environment
management Experience of creating reviewing data and creating reports
Knowledge and experience of highways and tunnels maintenance
Current Driving Licence
Welsh Language Listening and Speaking desirable
