A dynamic and enthusiastic person is required to engage with young people and their families, to show them the opportunities that exist in horseracing.
The role is to work closely with the marketing team to promote the courses offered by the BRS at events alongside coordinating all communication with applicants. This ranges from taking initial enquiries through to sending joining instructions and start dates.
The ideal candidate has experience working in the horseracing industry along with high levels of customer service, organisation, and good IT skills. Some travel is required along with working hours outside your regular 9-5pm Monday to Friday. A driving licence is essential, and you will be required to drive a small horsebox from time to time.
You should be prepared to meet recruitment targets, stretch and challenge yourself; therefore, a background in sales may be beneficial along with a confident, can-do attitude.
A salary of £30,000 per annum along with private health insurance, a generous pension scheme, and other company benefits are available.
