This team supports lifecycle management for SaaS, cloud, and in-house solutions, with a focus on risk mitigation, compliance, and business continuity. Key Responsibilities Service Management : Lead applications and digital services across finance, HCM, and document management, ensuring compliance, release management, backup, and disaster recovery. Escalation and Incident Management : Act as the escalation point for digital application issues, managing vendor relationships and third-party contracts. Change and Release : Represent applications in CAB meetings, oversee change impact assessments, and manage releases and service improvements. Team Leadership : Manage and develop the applications team, overseeing skill allocation, support models, and DR readiness. Collaboration : Work with architecture and development teams to drive roadmaps, improve service delivery, and manage asset ownership and system documentation. Ideal Experience Managing enterprise applications (e.g., Azure, SaaS), with experience in digital workplace solutions, integration platforms, ITIL frameworks, and incident response. People management skills with a proven record in team training, resourcing, and capability planning. Experience with structured methodologies (SDLC, Agile) and knowledge of IT service tools. Background in professional services is advantageous, with exposure to critical technologies like HCM, finance systems, M365, CRM, and virtual desktop services.
