Account Director - FM Hard Services
Central London
Up to £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
An exceptional opportunity to join a leading facilities management company as an Account Director, overseeing a prestigious client with multiple sites across Central London.
Role Overview:
As Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and strengthening relationships with the client and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing outstanding operational leadership, ensuring the seamless daily management of the contract. A strong technical background is essential for this position.
This single-site Hard Services FM contract, covering one location in Central London. Given the nature of the contract, you will be expected to be on-site regularly, allocating your time accordingly.
You will benefit from a well-established and loyal workforce offering strong support. The contract is currently performing at its highest level since inception, fostering a positive client relationship and high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full P&L management and accountability for financial performance
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Set, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure continued success
* Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within the contract
* Oversee SHEQ compliance (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality)
Maintaining a strong, collaborative relationship with the client is your primary responsibility. You will work closely with them to ensure an effective partnership.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven success in managing FM contracts of similar scale within Hard Services
* Technical expertise is essential
* HV/LV background or mechanical background
* Previous leadership experience in FM, Building Services, or Engineering
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in the Facilities Management sector
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Highly commercially aware with strong business acumen
* Driven, hardworking, and committed to excellence
