I am working with a maintenance contractor to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join the team in Cornwall. You will be working as part of a team carrying out responsive maintenance within occupied and empty properties.
Duties will include:
* General carpentry repairs
* Replacing fencing, skirtings, architraves
* Hanging doors & adjusting windows
* Replacing and repairing locks
* Replacing kitchen units and surfaces
* Repairing and replacing guttering
* Painting
You will need:
* A qualification in Carpentry
* Experience within a similar role
* Clean driving licence
* Own tools
* Asbestos Awareness
