What is the role?
You will be part of the Hospitality Team here at Southampton Football Club, primarily dealing with existing accounts, building relationships with clients, and ensuring they are aware of all our products. In addition, you will be finding new business via inbound and outbound campaigns as well as being a key presence for the club on event days for prospective clients.
What will you be doing?
You will be expected to build and manage relationships with key hospitality customer accounts on matchdays and non-matchdays. This will include giving strong levels of service to clients so that they have a positive experience. Furthermore, you will need to look at ways to promote and monetise the relationships and opportunities to move into higher products, and proactively cross-sell and up-sell other areas of the commercial business.
You will be required to represent the Hospitality team, both externally and internally, and be receptive to feedback and development to help delivery. In addition, you should have accuracy on feeding back client information, sales data, and administrative duties.
