This is a full time role, working 37 hours per week.
Day to day duties of the role
-Manage a caseload of learners and conduct regular review meetings to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours.
-Liaise with assessors, practice educators and lecturers to ensure progress is being made.
-Ensuring the apprentice’s workplace progress by identifying / planning training opportunities.
-Produce Career Development Plans with employers.
Required skills and qualifications
-Ability to plan, prioritise, initiate and complete tasks to successfully meet deadlines.
-Ability to liaise and negotiate with people at all levels to facilitate engagement and develop effective partnerships.
-Digital skills – skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems including Microsoft Office apps.
-Assessor’s qualification – if you do not have this we can offer training.
