Job Description

* Ensure compliance with government regulations and organisational policies.
* Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
* Prepare accurate monthly payroll reports.
* Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
* Update payroll records by entering changes to employee profiles.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
* A strong understanding of payroll procedures and regulations.
* Excellent numerical abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in relevant payroll software.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
