As a Senior Quality Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the quality and commercial performance of the programme area, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and forecasting, driving commercial efficiencies, and ensuring adherence to contractual and statutory requirements. This role offers an opportunity to take on leadership and responsibility while fostering collaboration across the team. Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial management of the allocated programme area, providing accurate cost and value reporting and forecasting. Ensure the implementation of efficient commercial processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Provide support for contract administration, ensuring compliance with NEC3 forms of contract and all relevant legislation. Manage the timely resolution of contractual disputes, fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders. Lead and develop a small team of commercial professionals, ensuring they are appropriately trained and have clear development plans. What Attributes Are Required? Relevant degree in construction, commercial management, or finance. Extensive knowledge of NEC3 contracts and construction law. Professional qualification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, ICE). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams. Proficient in dispute resolution, contract drafting, and Power BI. Why Anglian Water?
