We are a forward-thinking housing association, seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our Changing Futures team. As a Programme Manager, you will work in a hybrid way, balancing office and remote work. The successful candidate will be based primarily in Sheffield.
About the Role:
This fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026 with possible extension offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals and communities. You will be responsible for managing projects related to coproduction and peer support, working closely with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. If you have experience in programme management, a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable populations, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Estimated salary: £38,000-£41,500 depending on location and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects related to coproduction and peer support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address community needs
- Develop and implement effective project plans and timelines
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and scope
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in programme management or a related field
- Strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable populations
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
