Part-Time Property Accounts Assistant Your new company A well known property management business in Bath are looking to appoint a Part-Time Account Assistant to join their growing team. Your new role Processing tenancy change forms (Rent reviews, new agreements etc). Running monthly rental demand routines, posting and emailing tenant invoices and raising additional charges to tenants Processing tenant receipts - ensuring they are accurately allocated to the correct account Producing monthly bank reconciliations Check housing benefit receipts against rent due Producing, checking and sending out tenant statements What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role.
