We believe our working hours are class leading. Youwill work 5 days per week, an average of hours per week.

About You
We are looking for someone who is able to listen tothe customer’s needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suitthe customer individually. As a Transaction Manager you will have to beconfident working to targets and deadlines and been able to maximise everyopportunity.
You need to be able to demonstrate a highly developed sales abilitytogether with an outstanding commitment to customer care, with experience ofF&I, deal stacking, 2nd facing, coaching and development of the team andproviding assistance to the Sales Manager.
Motor Trade experience is required to apply, either at a Senior SalesExecutive position or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager level.
Main Purpose of Job Role
1. Managingand developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries
2. Managingand developing the Finance and Insurance sales through new and used vehiclesales
3. Maximisingthe sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products through theeffective implementation of the D. M. Keith Way
4. Maximisingthe profitable sales of eligible finance and insurance products in line with compliance
5. Toensure that all departmental processes and sales team members comply fully with Regulations
6. Tocarry out a self audit on a monthly basis
7. Tocontribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as requiredensuring the achievement of all sales tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.
8. To befully conversant and compliant with all Sales Department procedures
