What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Applicants with QTLS or a PGCE may also be considered.
Applications without these qualifications will not be considered.
Desirable Experience:
Experience teaching students with SEMH or SEN needs.
A genuine passion for supporting SEMH students and their unique educational journeys.
Candidates must have a clear DBS or be willing to obtain one.
