Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a self-motivated and proactive HR Advisor to join a Schools Trust based in Birmingham City Centre, to provide high quality HR advisory and support services.
Job description:
1. ER Case management- high case load for an organisation with around 1000 employees
2. Manage the on-boarding and recruitment process
3. Ensure that HR advice and guidance which reflects employment law
4. Assist in carrying out employee risk assessments
5. Support the HR Manager to lead employee wellbeing initiatives
Ideal Candidate will have:
6. CIPD Level 5 qualified
7. Significant ER Case Management experience (essential)
8. Experience working as an HR Advisor
9. Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in order to meet competing demands
10. Strong numerical skills
