As the Communication Manager you will manage communication resources to ensure the delivery of change communications. You will define and tell a compelling story about what change is needed, as well as why and how it supports business success. Producing engaging and innovative integrated communications which meets business and network requirements. This is a hybrid role based in our Swindon office - we will be looking for the successful candidate to be based in the office 2 days a week, with the option to work from home the remainder of the time. Your responsibilities will include: Act as SME for all key change initiatives (regulatory and business). Manage resources (people, technical and agencies) to deliver Communications according to requirements. Oversee, deliver and measure audience engagement leading to continuous improvement of Communications. Use audience insight and data to develop a Communications strategy and approach. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are clearly communicated. Ensure that content is regularly reviewed to meet compliance and regulatory requirements. Manage junior members of the team to ensure they are delivering against Comms objectives and are developing their own capabilities. Drive cultural change through engagement and continuous improvement activities based on customer and colleague feedback. What will you need to succeed? Proven experience of B2B/B2C communications. Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, with ability to present complex information in easily understandable language and formats that are tailored to the audience. Deep understanding of Integrated Communications strategies and tactics. Financial services experience or similar B2B business model sector, e.g. Telecoms, Software partnerships. Related experience in change communications or similar role preferable. Reporting on Communications strategy success, insights and leading practices using metrics and KPIs to inform improvements. Proven track record of effective collaboration with teams across the organisation, including strong relationship and stakeholder skills.
