We are working with a leading NI manufacturer to recruit for their new Production Team Lead to join them at their facility on the outskirts of Belfast. In this role you will work within a busy production facility and lead operations on shift.
What we are looking for:
* 1 years team lead / supervisory experience within a production or process environment.
* Confident communication and leadership skills.
* Sound level of IT literacy across MS Office.
* Able to work shift patterns.
