They are now seeking a highly motivated and results orientated Telesales Advisor to join their dynamic team based in Andover, Hampshire. This role is crucial in driving sales growth by proactively contacting existing and potential new clients, identifying their needs, and effectively communicating the value of the products and services. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into qualified opportunities, and ultimately contributing to company's revenue goals. Telesales Advisor, the role: Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Conducting a high volume of calls to prospective clients from provided leads lists and through personal prospecting Looking after existing customer requirements through phone and email enquires as well as confirming written quotations Identifying and qualifying potential clients needs based on their budget and project scope Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients and providing feedback to management on lead quality, client preferences and sales performance Developing a comprehensive understanding of businesss interior design services Articulating the unique benefits of products and services Working closely with the sales team, marketing department, and design team to ensure seamless client experience and achieve shared objectives Telesales Advisor, the person: Previous experience in a telesales or internal sales role - preferably within the home improvement, design, or related industry Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, persuasive speaking, and the ability to adapt communication style to different personalities Capable of managing strong relationships with clients over the phone Experience using CRM systems to track client interactions and manage sales pipelines Excellent time management and organizational skills - prioritizing tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to identify client needs, address concerns and offer appropriate solutions Confident to handle rejection, remain positive and adapt to changing sales strategies A basic understanding of interior design principles, styles, and the overall process and passion for design is highly desirable Proficient in using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) Telesales Advisor, the benefits: 23 days of Annual Leave (rising yearly by 1 day to max 25 days p/a) plus Bank Holidays Discretionary Bonus Scheme Healthcare cash plan (Simply Health) Life Assurance - x2 Salary Substantial employee discount Opportunity to work within a flexible environment and friendly team Free onsite parking Access to further training and development Pure Human Resources Limited works in partnership with Alternative Flooring in providing Recruitment support.
