The Role: We are seeking a reliable, pro-active, and diligent individual to join our highly valued IT Support team. The primary responsibility of this position will be managing the IT ticket helpdesk and providing end-user support to around 200 staff and 600 students. The candidate will also manage a wide range of IT systems, and core infrastructure including Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, and JAMF. They will maintain the 1:1 device scheme and support staff and students in using all software and hardware required.
