JOB DESCRIPTION
To keep our stores elevated you will be responsible for creating merchandising guidelines for UK and EU stores, including creating visual packs for in-store execution, photo packs, and visiting stores to maintain the visual upkeep around the estate.
* Create clear and concise brand visual merchandising guidelines.
* Maintain and evolve current VM training documentation.
* Weekly store feedback to all key stores.
* Regularly visit stores around the estate to monitor and maintain standards.
* Carry out seasonal Model Store training sessions with the wider/learning and development team.
* Work alongside the Commercial/Marketing team to ensure all standards are being met.
* Highlight key commercial opportunities within the business.
* Feedback to internal and external stakeholders regarding any issues surrounding products or projects.
* Keep up to date with the latest trends and explore opportunities.
This is an office role based in our London head office.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Great written and communication skills.
* Advanced experience in Adobe Suite.
* 2 years VM experience – Required.
* Capable of working well within a team.
* Confident in leading a team as well as independently.
* Able to work to strict deadlines.

What’s next?
Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter - this will be behaviourally focused and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focused and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
