The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects within our manufacturing operations. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team. Prepare and present project reports to senior management. Requirements Management - previous experience with this is essential as this role will be client facing Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
