Job Introduction
This role is 32 hours per week, which can be spread over 4 days, with the potential for overtime on the 5th day. We're looking for a positive team player who wants to provide great customer service and work for an established business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answering telephone and handling email enquiries.
2. Managing on-hires and off-hires from our construction industry customers.
3. Raising quotations and inputting orders on our dedicated hire system.
4. Liaising with operational depots and the transport department to arrange deliveries and collections.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and Outlook.
* Knowledge of G42 or similar hire rental asset management systems is advantageous.
* Knowledge of the hire industry or construction sector is advantageous.
