Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Coordinator to join our team in Willand.
The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00
Main Responsibilities:
As a Planning Coordinator you are a key part of the team that ensures the smooth coordination of production on site. You will coordinate the flow of work and materials across departments to ensure production remains on time and in line with our customer's orders.
On a day to day basis you will create the daily plan and schedule for multiple production plans within the factory. You will work closely with other departments such as purchasing & warehouse to improve the management of systems and processes on site.
You will also be responsible for undertaking stock takes and investigating any discrepancies.

Examine data to identify trends, with a view to improving
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal Planning Coordinator would have strong communication skills and will be self-assured liaising with various departments across the organisation.
You will be a logical thinker with strong numerical and analytical skills and the ability to understand how new developments can impact production plans.
You will process and evaluate primary data, setting up the labelling system and designing the labels.
Running system and data reports will be key in this position.
