About the role
This is apart time, permanent Administrator position based in High Wycombe. You will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of works across the site. Working with the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the systems to ensure all information is accurate and the correct jobs are allocated and closed accordingly.
You will also be required to liaise with the engineers and clients to resolve any queries that arise. The role will require you to have strong attention to detail to ensure work allocation and reporting is accurate at all times, and the correct parts are ordered for the works.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
* Managing the computer system and inputting required data
* Reallocating and closing jobs with the engineers
* Ordering Materials for the engineers
* Call Handling – being first point of contact for calls to the team
* Customer Service – you will be working onsite in a client facing role so you will need to be able to build and maintain strong working relationships
Experience
* Ideally you will have experience in a varied administration role where you have done similar tasks
* Strong IT skills – whilst you may not have used the same systems, we would like someone who has used similar software and has a good understanding of Microsoft office
* Strong time management skills and highly organised.
Salary of up to £28,000 per annum (pro rata)
