I am partnering with a reputable, longstanding business with offices based in Crawley. They are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a full-time, permanent basis due to growth within the business.
This diverse finance department is looking for a passionate, hardworking Credit Controller to join their team. This varied role will see you being responsible for:
1. Maintaining your own ledger
2. Setting credit limits
3. Outbound calling and emailing, following up on outstanding invoices
4. Reducing debtor days and minimizing debt by delivering excellent customer service
5. Maintaining up-to-date customer records
6. Ensuring sales invoice queries are logged and dealt with in a timely manner
7. Building strong customer relations, internally and externally
To be considered for this role, you will need to have proven experience in Credit Control, be an excellent professional communicator, and have the ability to work both in a team and independently.
