Job Title
Quality Conformance Engineer
A new opportunity is available in Broughton for a Quality Conformance Engineer to support the quality industrialization of Major Modifications.
* On-site in Broughton
* Occasional option to work from home
* £31.56 per hour via Umbrella
* 35-hour week over 4.5 days
* Overtime at a premium rate
* Initial contract until December 2025
* BPSS clearance required (client will provide sponsorship)
Key Responsibilities
The main responsibility will be to drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and facilitating improvements to increase performance, reliability, and repeatability of processes.
* Deploying APQP and Quality Standards
* Supporting and facilitating Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
* Creating and updating Control Plans to incorporate modifications as required
Requirements
We need the Quality Conformance Engineer to have the following:
* A sound understanding of aircraft manufacturing and process improvements
* Experience looking at preventative and quality methods
* Experience looking at modifications on the aircraft
* Knowledge of APQP methods
