What will I be doing? · Ensure efficient operation of Food and Beverage outlets and Front Desk · Control the flow of customers and orders throughout service · Manage all transactions during service · Ensure all outlets are staffed according to business levels · Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitality · Maximise sales revenue through up-selling and marketing programmes · Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner · Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation What are we looking for? · Previous experience in organising Food and Beverage service in a range of outlets · Front Office experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector · Excellent supervisory skills · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and delegation skills · Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations · Calm and organised · Committed to delivering high levels of customer service · Interest in developing others to be part of a winning team · Excellent grooming standards It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: · Previous experience as a Duty Manager · Previous experience at Supervisory level EVERY JOB MAKES THE STAY.
