* Manage and develop the HR team, providing coaching and ensuring training is up to date.
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders on employee relations and HR best practices.
* Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance staff capability and succession planning.
* Ensure compliance by updating policies, contracts, and handbooks in line with legislation.
* Oversee HR databases, payroll coordination, pension schemes, and GDPR compliance.
* Manage recruitment efforts and foster staff well-being through regular meetings and venue visits.
* Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, lawyers, and union representatives.
* Provide regular reporting to the Board of Directors and contribute to strategic discussions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* CIPD and /or equivalent HR Manager experience at a similar level
* A proactive self-starter with excellent initiative and stakeholder communication.
