Senior Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services
Lutine Bell are a growing Recruitment Consultancy based in Sussex. We work with a range of financial services companies across the UK & Europe, providing specialist senior recruitment solutions within the Audit, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance and Legal sectors.
Due to continued growth and demand in the business, we have an exciting opportunity for various Senior Recruitment consultants to join our Audit & Finance, Compliance, Risk & Legal recruitment teams. You will come in with a warm desk and we will give you all the training, support and tools you need to carve your own market.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Interviewing & placing candidates into mid–senior level positions.
* Identifying, sourcing and pipelining new business opportunities.
* Taking a proactive approach to identify and qualify new business sales opportunities, using events management and Executive level networking techniques.
* Planning and delivering industry networking events, with the support of your Line Manager.
* Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring you fully understand their business needs.
* Setting appointments and preparing for meetings, ensuring you have researched the clients business and market sector and effectively tailoring your approach.
* Account management for on-boarded clients and continuing building and maintaining relationships with regular reviews of services provided.
* Provide client quality control and account management.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities within our existing client base.
* Follow the company sales process, completing necessary documentation when progressing opportunities, ensuring all company systems are kept up to date.
* Achieving and exceeding your KPIs and sales targets, actively contributing towards the success of Lutine Bell.
What we are looking for:
* A confident, self-motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional who has the tenacity and resilience to thrive in a competitive environment.
* 24+ months agency recruitment experience, experience in the cited sectors is a plus.
* A highly organised individual able to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail.
* Outstanding communication skills, you will be comfortable with presenting high-level solutions to C level buyers over the phone, video conferencing or in person.
* Outstanding presentation skills - both in person, telephone and in writing.
* A team player who ensures a high level of internal communication, celebrates success and supports other members of the team and the business when required.
