Job Description
Reed Talent Solutions are looking for a Bid Manager to both write and project manage high-value tenders and presentations for our future clients.
What you’ll be doing:
1. You will write tenders for clients operating across all industries and sectors.
2. You will work in partnership with our business development team throughout the proposal process, project managing different stakeholders to ensure we get the information we need, when we need it.
3. You will regularly review and update our library of information to support our proposals.
4. You will collate information from across our business, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
5. You will support different stages of the tender process, including PQQs, RFIs, ITTs, RFPs, and presentations.
6. You will support our approach to continuous improvement and identify better ways of working by conducting reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.
7. You will create engaging graphics and presentations that support our sales messages.
8. You will support the wider bid team in sourcing information and creating winning responses.

Who we’re looking for:
Qualifications:
Ideally graduate level or equivalent or strong academic record.
Experience:
* Experience in bid management/creation.
* Experience of coordinating teams of people across a business.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales.
* Ability to multi-task, working on several projects at any given time.
* Ability to assimilate sales strategies and offerings to market.
* Experience of leading workshops to establish win themes.
* Willingness to meet customer requirements.
* Experience of shaping bids, identifying win themes, SWOT analysis.
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong verbal and written communications skills.
* Confident at engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
* Project management, including multiple projects and multiple stakeholders.
* Knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
