Key responsibilities: - Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee relations issues including, grievances, and performance management. Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business. Hire and train department staff Carry out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process. Manage transition and integration of acquisitions including restructuring where applicable. Reporting - monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting for the business. Contribute to implementation of new HRIS. Implement new colleague benefits platform. Drafting people policies and updating Staff Handbook. Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and Occupational Health Referrals. Sickness, maternity, and absence management. Day to day management of the team Requirements: - Significant on-the-job experience or other compensating achievements. Previous experience in HR team at Senior Advisor level or above. Multi-site/fast paced environment. Up to date knowledge of employment law. Skills: - Highly confidential and empathetic. Excellent Excel and HRIS skills. Fully numerate. Impeccable attention to detail
