Our client is an Oldham based civils and groundworks contractor focused on multi-utilities including water, gas, electric, telecoms and drainage. They specialise in repair, maintenance, metering, mainlaying, investigations and drilling.
Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for an Account Manager to be responsible for maintaining relationships with their key utilities’ clients, applying for POC's, building quotations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing accounts, providing technical support, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
The Candidate:
* You must have experience of dealing with multi-utilities.
* You must have experience of working for a civils or groundworks contractor.
* You must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience of working within an account manager/account coordinator type role.
* Experience of utilities installations.
* Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Experience handling POC enquiries.
* Attention to detail and organisational skills.
