Job Description
A high-growth, purpose-driven FMCG brand is seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of their Tesco account, along with Ireland.
Location: Dorset-based with hybrid working (3 days WFH)
The Role:
* Develop and execute joint business plans that align brand, category, financial, and retailer goals to deliver mutually profitable growth.
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities, leveraging data insights alongside Category and Marketing teams to exceed performance targets.
* Maximize the impact of promotional spend, ensuring activities are both shopper-focused and commercially effective.
* Work closely with supply chain, finance, marketing, and commercial teams to meet customer needs and resolve challenges efficiently.
* Enhance in-store presence through insight-driven initiatives, improving product positioning and visibility.
* Monitor market activity to adjust strategies proactively.
* Ensure accuracy in forecasting and administration to meet internal and external targets.
* Challenge the status quo, acting as a change leader and sharing best practices across the team.
About You:
* Proven experience in a Senior National Account Manager role, ideally within the grocery channel.
* This role is ideal for a proactive and commercially savvy individual with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
* Strong understanding of P&L, with the ability to interpret data and deliver margin improvements.
* Capable of inspiring and sharing sales best practices with the wider commercial team.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships with customers.
* A natural problem solver with curiosity and a desire to challenge the norm.
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + £5,000 car allowance + 10% bonus.
