Waking Nights Support Worker
Location – Longcroft
Pay Rate - £12.00 per hour
30 hours per week
The Role

You will be joining a dedicated team of experienced support workers in a residential home in Longcroft, Falkirk supporting 6 individuals. Full support is required for all day to day living tasks, this will include:- personal care, medication administration, cooking and domestic tasks.
Waking nights shift hours are 9.45pm-7.45am. Please note the successful candidate would need to be able to work these shift patterns inclusive of weekdays and weekends.
Our care home has a very warm, homely and welcoming atmosphere which is appreciated by both the people we support and our staff members. The individuals we support enjoy a variety of meaningful activities each day. We support people with complex health needs which can impact their communication skills. It is therefore essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills and are willing to undertake all required training. This is to ensure that the individual’s wishes and needs are fully understood and met.
Candidates will need to have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
An enhanced adult PVG is required for this role.
