To offer Intensive community support and/or medical monitoring to the Adult Eating Disorders Service users in the community. Support may include physical health checks, motivational work and meal planning. All support is to be delivered in a sensitive and motivational manner. These services are delivered across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough both in clinics and patients homes dependent on the intervention. There will be the opportunity to develop in your role, enabling you to practice a range of core physical health skills and a good knowledge of eating disorders. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in our pathways and medical monitoring service for those suffering from eating disorders. You may be required to undertake and successfully complete the new national Care Certificate within a 12 weeks' timeframe if you meet our criteria. You will receive full training and support and The Care Certificate sets out 15 national care standards that must be achieved by all health and social care staff to demonstrate that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide safe and excellent quality of care.
