📍 Location: Across Kent, Surrey & Sussex
💰 Competitive salary + benefits - 20 days holiday & bank holidays, up to £34,000 salary DEPENDANT on experience.

A Landscaper is responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining outdoor spaces to ensure they are visually appealing, functional, and sustainable. Here are the key responsibilities of a landscaper:
Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass
Lawn care, including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating
Trimming, pruning, and shaping plants and trees
Removing weeds, pests, and dead plants
Laying turf, artificial grass, and paving stones
Constructing garden beds and raised planters
Building water features, ponds, and drainage systems
Understanding and interpreting drawings and blueprints
Ensuring designs are implemented accurately on-site
Adjusting plans as needed based on site conditions
Using hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruning shears, etc.)
Operating power tools (chainsaws, hedge trimmers, lawnmowers)
Driving and maintaining landscaping vehicles and machinery (excavators, dumpers, etc.)
Following Triple SSSTS guidelines and safety regulations
Using protective gear and ensuring team safety
Identifying and addressing potential hazards
Supervising and coordinating landscaping teams
Reporting project progress to managers and clients
