Research & Development
In R&D, we're full of highly skilled talents that include Scientists, Engineers, Medical, Clinical and Regulatory professionals - all working to create a cleaner, healthier world. About the role
The Future Leadership Scheme is a structured, 3-year, global programme that gives recent graduates the opportunity to develop both technical and leadership skills across R&D and partnering functions. The successful graduates will receive a breadth of experience, supporting their development towards becoming a future leader within Reckitt .
Across the 3 years you will focus on developing and delivering innovations for our world-renowned brands, build resiliency into our products and grow understanding of how all our cross functional partners collaborate to bring shared success.

Your responsibilities
-Develop leadership fundamentals through working on power brands such as Dettol, Nurofen and Gaviscon.
-Build knowledge of consumer insights to inform innovations, to meet consumer needs.
-Utilise your degree and educational knowledge in a live setting, working on active projects and product development.
-Be a technical project leader, own, drive and deliver your project while developing your project management skills and knowledge.
-Collaborate and build shared success with the cross functional partners such as medical, regulatory, safety and project management to deliver business led outcomes.
The experience we're looking for
-A relevant scientific degree.
-Positive and inquisitive mindset with the curiosity to challenge when appropriate and ask questions when unsure.
-Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the skill to relay technical information to non-technical colleagues.
-Proven organisational skills with the ability to balance and prioritise tasks/projects.
-Ability to listen and absorb and implement constructive feedback and guidance.
-Confidence to present and feedback to stakeholders of all levels.
