3. Leading the Secretarial & Business Support team to achieve strategic goals.
4. Implementing customer service strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
5. Analysing customer feedback and market trends to inform decision making.
6. Developing strong relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and growth.
7. Working closely with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
8. Managing team performance and providing necessary training and development.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Success Manager should have:

12. Experience in a leadership role within the Secretarial & Business Support department.
13. Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry.
14. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
15. Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
