Boden Group is seeking a dynamic Property Project & Compliance Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance, and project management across a diverse property portfolio.
Our client requires a strong leader to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional estate management standards.
More about the role:
* Lead proactive and reactive maintenance programs.
* Manage compliance initiatives, including fire safety, risk assessments, and regulatory adherence.
* Oversee maintenance projects, lifecycle works, and asset management.
* Build relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and tenants.
* Ensure effective budget control and financial reporting.
* Lead a small facilities team, fostering growth and development.
* Travel across the UK to evaluate the estate.
What we are looing for:
* NEBOSH qualified (desirable) with extensive facilities/estates management experience.
* Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Project tools.
* Team player with the ability to work independently.
* Full, clean driving licence.
