Barchester is recruiting a Home Admissions Advisor to join their fantastic care home team. Main duties of the job
The Home Admissions Advisor will be responsible for all sales activity for the care home, including talking to potential new residents, providing informative tours, engaging with residents and relatives, responding to sales enquiries, and generating leads. The successful candidate will have a track record in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience building relationships within the local community.
Job Responsibilities
1. Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
3. Talk to potential new residents over the phone, and provide informative and welcoming tours of the home.
4. Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
5. Respond to sales enquiries.
6. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
7. Maintain a contacts database.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a care home setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present to individuals and groups. They should also have experience building relationships within a local community and hold a full UK driving licence.
