This role includes managing recruitment and selection, updating HR policies, conducting equality impact assessments, reviewing appraisal schemes, and improving induction processes. Day-to-day of the role: Provide senior management support in various HR functions. Lead recruitment and selection processes to ensure the best talent acquisition. Manage and update HR policies and conduct equality impact assessments. Review and enhance the appraisal scheme and induction processes. Implement the HR Oracle System and ensure its effective operation. Collaborate with different departments to align HR strategies with business goals. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Ability to design and implement effective HR policies and training modules.
