Job Role in Brief: Dealing with daily telephone, email and online lettings enquires Applicant qualification and viewing bookings Carrying out letting’s viewings with prospective tenants Negotiation of lettings offers Completion of required legislation such as right to rent checks Processing of tenancy applications Processing of tenancy referencing Liaising with and managing expectation of landlords Carry out new tenancy move ins and aftercare Ensuring company lettings targets are reached consistently Generate new business for lettings and management Assisting sales and property management when required Position Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experienced within a fast-paced lettings agency A proven track record of success within a target driven lettings role Proficient on property technology and lettings applications Good general knowledge of Birmingham City Centre and Edgbaston areas Willingness to work as a team and assist other team members Ability to work on your own effectively Smart, proactive, enthusiastic, and confident when in an office and public environment Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment Competent with MS Office, outlook, and lettings software Excellent telephone manner Competent representing the company with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Education at degree level is preferable but not essential ARLA trained/qualified is preferable but not essential Must have a car and clean driver’s license Salary and Benefits: Competitive starting salary of £25,000 commission Mileage paid at 45p per mile 20 days annual leave bank holidays Pension package (NEST) iPhone 12 for work use Laptop for work use Ability to work from home upon request Parking space Contract and Hours: Permanent full time (Following successful probation period of 3 months) Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm Alternate Saturdays, 9.00am-1.00pm (Hours may change to suit business needs) For further information, contact Chris Oliver from AMR Midlands AMR are one of the UK’s largest specialist recruiters for the Property, Estate Agency, Lettings & Property Management, Land & New Homes, Commercial Property and the Mortgage Market.
