Boandik is expanding its services to support the needs of our growing community and we are ready to welcome you on board. We are currently recruiting for multiple casual Personal Care Support Workers to join our Community Care team based in Keith, Kingston and Robe.
About the role:

We are seeking candidates who want to create meaningful relationships with our clients and who will encourage and support their independence, assisting with the functions of daily living to support their ability to remain living comfortably and confidently at home.
About you:
1. Experience in aged care or disability services (desired)
2. Demonstrate respect, kindness, empathy and integrity when providing care
3. Have excellent attention to detail, be honest and reliable, and possess a positive and flexible attitude
4. A proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
5. Ability to read, write and communicate in English
6. Strong passion for caring for others
7. NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
8. As this is a community position, having a current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle is essential
