It is the largest news publisher on TikTok with over 21 million total followers and nearly 30 billion views in the past year. www.dmgmedia.co.uk About the role As a TA Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support dmg::media’s recruitment efforts. Working closely with the talent team and hiring managers, you will proactively source candidates and work multiple positions at a time. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. Responsibilities Proactively source potential and passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, Greenhouse (ATS), social media, and networking. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial candidate screening, including CV reviews, phone interviews, and prequalification assessments. Review and manage applications for dmg::media’s open positions. Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary support to the TA Administrator as and when required. Utilise the recruitment ATS (Greenhouse) to track and manage candidate information. Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activity. Key Skills Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is essential. Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify high-quality candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to research and build ‘market maps’ for a variation of skills and vacancies. Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems. Proactive attitude, someone willing to independently manage their workload and be active with researching, sourcing and speaking to lots of candidates.
