About the Firm: Join one of Dorset's leading independent firms of accountants. This role offers the opportunity to support Directors in developing and delivering the firm's strategy while managing a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver comprehensive services aligned with your team's specific responsibilities.
2. Service Delivery: Focus on meeting personal and team income targets, KPIs, and CSFs. Plan and coordinate commitments to clients.
3. Workflow Coordination: Co-ordinate, forecast, and plan your workflow. Support your peers, reporting line SCSM, and those you mentor in coordinating their workflows.
4. Training and Support: Oversee training and offer support to less experienced team members based on your level of knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Qualifications: ATT or CTA qualified.
2. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
3. Skills: Excellent communication and written skills, proficiency in IT, team-oriented, high level of integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong time management, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability.
