Our Project Managers
Ensure that all installations are delivered within budget on time and in line with customer quality expectations. To continuously improve delivery of the installation programme within the region and adopt best practice models. To enhance the profitability of the project engineer and Installation team by effective management and cost control.
1. Contract review of all project files for technical and contractual elements
2. Responsibility for projects to be delivered technically compliant and on budget and on time
3. Provide monthly work bank forecast working to achieve monthly budget
4. Selection and monitoring of sub-contract labour, direct resource and suppliers
5. Liaising with client and engineers and sub-contractors for planning in work
6. To attend site meetings and regional offices when required
7. Any other management duties commensurate with your skills and experience
8. To ensure Heath and Safety Compliance – completing tool box talks, health and safety audits (PPE, ladder, vehicle etc.), reporting accidents, near misses and dangerous occurrences
9. To ensure Environmental Compliance – safe disposal of waste (ionised detectors/WEEE etc.) returns of waste transfer and consignment notes and to ensure all operatives carry the waste transfer certificate
10. To ensure regular compliance checks for NSI Audits in line with company procedures

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
In addition to having all the usual attributes of a great Marlowe Fire & Security Group employee, such as; a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented and professional at all times, ability to work alone and as part of a team….. For this opportunity, we are specifically looking for candidates who offer:
11. At least 3-5 years in a Senior Fire & Security Project position, ideally management
12. Strong technical experience and project delivery; compliant and on budget and on time
13. Excellent understanding of Fire & Security Systems
14. Good commercial understanding and awareness
15. Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer queries
16. Be capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment
17. Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills
18. Strong organisational stills
19. The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
20. Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
