This is a key leadership role, responsible for building a high-performing sales team, expanding market reach, and developing strategies that align with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets and expand market share.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and performance management.
* Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional strategies.
* Manage key client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies as needed.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance.
* Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals to drive profitability.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields; 2+ years in a senior leadership role.
* Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Experience with negotiating large contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with a focus on results and growth.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
