With a games room, multimedia room and gym, this accommodation is equipped with all the essentials for the best student living experience. The Role: This exciting position offers full time hours working 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6pm where you’ll be working in an exciting, collaborative, people-first environment. As a Resident Advisor you'll act as the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents providing and exceptional support service to ensure that the property runs smoothly, and the residents feel supported. Key responsibilities of the role include: Dealing with enquiries from current and prospective residents via social networks, media communications, email, telephone and in person. Organising events and open days for prospective and current residents. Covering the main reception during office hours, this will include sorting the mail. Be the face of Fresh for residents Liaising with them on a regular basis making sure that residents feel supported and valued. Undertaking viewings with potential residents, providing them with the up-to-date information relevant to their query. Receiving and processing payments, and monitoring / chasing rent arrears when necessary. Filing and maintaining customer data, ensuring the database is up to date and within GDPR regulations. Liaising with the maintenance and accommodation team to ensure any issues are logged and resolved promptly. Experience in people management and development is an essential of this role as is the ability to be adaptable in your communication style dependant on the audience.
