Working hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday – 08.30-17.00) \r Interview Date: To be confirmed \r One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations is looking for a passionate and meticulous Support Services Facilitator to be part of the team at Hadleigh Training Centre Essex. \r Hadleigh Training Centre has been providing training opportunities since 1990 for adults with additional support needs. There are currently approximately 160 trainees who attend the training centre, following personalised pathways to meet a range of outcomes. All training is designed to maximise progression opportunities, whether this be in particular vocational skills, or transferable life skills such as motivation, self-esteem and confidence. \r Key Responsibilities: \r The Support Services Facilitator will be responsible for creating and managing the learning pathway for all trainees. You will embed a person-centred approach within all pathways focusing on each trainees’ strengths and opportunities to increase independence.
